Prayer times look different from my local mosque.
Prayer times can vary by local authority, calculation method, time zone and mosque practice. Check your selected city, location permission and time zone. If needed, follow your local mosque or recognized local institution for final prayer time confirmation.
Athan or reminder notifications are not arriving.
Open iOS Settings and confirm notifications are enabled for Vaktim. Also check Focus mode, silent mode, scheduled summary and the per-prayer notification settings inside the app.
Qibla direction does not feel correct.
Make sure location permission is allowed and move away from magnetic interference such as metal surfaces, laptops or speakers. Calibrate the device compass if iOS asks you to do so.
Premium access or restore purchases is not working.
Confirm you are signed in with the Apple ID used for purchase, then use Restore Purchases on the premium screen. If access still does not appear, contact support with the purchase date and plan.
I want to report an ad or inappropriate content.
Send a screenshot, the approximate time, your country and a short description to support@vaktim.app. Premium users should not see ads; please contact us if ads appear while premium access is active.
Quran, dua or translation feedback.
Send the surah, ayah, dua title or screen name with your feedback. We review religious content carefully and keep source wording visible wherever possible.
